Yes of course, if you are vegetarian or vegan please inform us when boarding or even better when making your reservation via email at info@protarascruises.com stating your booking number so that we can arrange everything for you.
Items you might need include sun crème, sunglasses, bathing suit, phone/camera, hat, towel, and some cash. Snorkeling masks and noodle floats are provided on board, however, feel free to bring your own. Please remember that anything you decide to bring on board is at your own responsibility.
For your safety and enjoyment, we kindly request that no outside food or drinks be brought on board.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us via email at info@protarascruises.com. Please note that cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your cruise date will not be refunded. In the event of a no-show, tickets will also not be refunded.
In the unlikely event of bad weather or force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel the trip. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule for another date.
We do not allow anyone on board who are obviously under the influence of alcohol or any other substance altering their consciousness. We reserve the right to refuse entry or evict any individual not complying with our health and safety procedures or engaging in any unsociable behavior.
