Since our cruises can set sail from different locations, we recommend checking the overview section of your cruise for specific details. There, you’ll find a handy link to Google Maps to assist you in finding your departure point.

If you are joining a daily cruise, it is suggested to be at the departure point approximately 30 minutes before the starting time, so that we can check everyone in and settle to your seats. As for the private charters, it is suggested 15’ minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Many of our daily cruises offer a transfer from your accommodation as part of the package. If the cruise you’re interested in doesn’t include this service, simply send us an email at info@protarascruises.com, and we’ll gladly help you arrange a transfer!

To ensure you have a great trip, we recommend bringing a few essential items: oil-free sun cream, sunglasses, a camera, a hat, and a towel. Most vessels will provide snorkel gear and noodle floats, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Remember that anything you choose to bring on board will be at your own risk, so pack wisely.

If you’re joining us on a cooler day, especially in May or October, it would be a good idea to wear a light jacket or windbreaker to stay comfortable.

All vessels are fully licensed and equipped with the necessary facilities to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable cruise experience. We provide essential amenities such as sunny and shaded areas, life jackets, swimming ladders, food and drinks, restrooms, and more. Please feel free to check the included/excluded sections for each trip to find more details.

Many cruises offer food and drinks, and most include a bar where you can purchase a variety of snacks and beverages at reasonable prices. We recommend checking the included/excluded section for each trip for more details. We kindly ask that you do not bring outside food or drinks on board.

We happily welcome passengers of all ages on our vessels, including families with young children and babies. To ensure everyone has a great experience, please note that some cruises are designed exclusively for adults.

Unfortunately, strollers are not permitted on our daily cruises. However, our crew is here to help! We will securely store your stroller for you and gladly return it once the trip is finished.

We strive to ensure that all our experiences are accessible to everyone. Our staff is happy to assist as needed; however, please be aware that, due to the boat’s design, wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on board. Boarding is accessible via the jetty, which may feature both steps and a ramp platform. Is there access to the boat for passengers with mobility challenges?

Absolutely! If you’re having a healthy pregnancy and have received your doctor’s approval, we would be thrilled to have you join us on board.

Seasickness is generally uncommon during our cruises, as we typically sail in smooth waters. However, if you are prone to travel sickness, we recommend taking your medication 30 minutes before setting off. This way, you can ensure a more enjoyable experience on the water!

All trips are subject to the captain’s approval based on weather and sea conditions. If necessary, we may adjust our itinerary to ensure we sail in calmer waters for your safety and comfort. If a trip is canceled, we’ll work with you to reschedule your cruise for another day, depending on availability. If rescheduling isn’t possible and you have made a deposit or paid in full, we will be happy to issue a full refund.

If you need to cancel your cruise reservation, we’re here to help! Just send us an email at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure for a full refund. If you need to cancel later within that time frame, we regret that we won’t be able to provide a refund. This policy applies to daily cruises only.
