The following cancellation and returns policy applies for reservations made from this site only. All reservations made though this website go through the legal company A.Y Yellow Boat Cruises ltd and payments are processed by Worldline-Saferpay.

• We accept no liability for the consequences of your delayed arrival. Please assure to be at the departure location prior to scheduled departure time.
• We accept no liability for the consequences of your arrival at the false departure point. Please note that departure locations vary, so assure you read the information provided.
• All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT at the applicable current rates.

• Transaction charges are non-refundable.
• Services are offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.
• Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract.
• We accept no liability for tickets booked in error.
• Late reply does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.
• The user will indemnify A.Y Yellow Boat Cruises ltd against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees which may or may not arise out of the use of information of any kind contained within this website.
• Whilst all reasonable endeavors have been made to check the accuracy of the information contained within this site, A.Y Yellow Boat Cruises ltd does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained herein. Further, A.Y Yellow Boat Cruises ltd or any other associated company or companies will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the information and material contained within this website or any other site which the user may access through this website. Refund Policy

• You can cancel your order by simply notifying us by email.
• Cancellation of daily cruise ticket made by the customer within 48 hours prior to scheduled departure date and time have 100% cancellation refund.
• Cancellation of daily cruise ticket made by the customer within less than 48 hours prior to scheduled departure date and time are non-refundable.
• To secure your reservation for a private charter the requested deposit amount must be paid by the deadline given. The balance amount must also be paid as agreed. Failure to do so, your reservation will no longer exist and will be subject to availability.
• Cancellation of private charter made by the customer within 2 weeks prior to scheduled departure date and time have 100% cancellation refund.
• Cancellation of private charter made by the customer within less than 2 weeks prior to scheduled departure date and time are non-refundable.
• Deposits are non-refundable within a period of 2 weeks prior to your cruise date unless the service will not be operating by the boat operator.
• Rescheduling of private charters is only accepted within the period of 2 weeks prior to your original booked charter date and is subject to availability of the yacht. A rescheduling fee may be applicable.
• We have the right to refuse any changes requested to the details of your charter made less than 2 weeks prior to your charter date.
• In the case of poor weather conditions or force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel the trip. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or where possible an option to reschedule for another date.
