We have welcomed passengers of all ages on board; however, for this particular trip, we recommend that children under the age of 2 do not join. If your group includes children in this age range and you would like to participate in a fishing trip, we offer the option of a Private Charter.
All fishing equipment and bait are included and provided on board. Therefore, you do not need to bring anything.
Our Morning Fishing Trips include a complimentary coffee or juice and a sandwich. If you would like to bring a small snack, you are welcome to do so. For your safety and enjoyment, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any alcoholic beverages on board.
If you would like to cancel your reservation, please email us at info@protarascruises.com. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 48 hours before your cruise date are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, tickets will not be refunded in the event of a no-show.
In the rare case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the trip. In such instances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date.
We do not allow anyone on board who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or any other substance that alters their consciousness. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who does not comply with our health and safety procedures or engages in unsociable behavior.
