By booking on the Chill Out Morning Cruise aboard Med II, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:
Departure & Transfers
Guests must arrive at the designated departure location at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
A transfer service is included. Guests using the transfer service must be present at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled pickup time. Guests who miss their pickup or arrive late may be unable to join the cruise and are non-refundable.
Age Policy
This cruise is suitable for guests of all ages. Infants are considered 0–2 years, children 3–12 years, and adults 13 years and above.
Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times, both on board and during swimming stops or water activities.
Strollers
Strollers are not permitted on board due to the layout of the vessel.
Food & Beverages
Outside food and drinks are not permitted on board.
The cruise includes an open bar and buffet as described on the cruise page.
Conduct on Board
The captain reserves the right to deny boarding or remove any guest who appears to be intoxicated or whose behaviour is considered disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Water Activities & Safety
Swimming, snorkelling, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) are subject to sea and weather conditions and must be carried out in accordance with crew instructions at all times. Participation is at the guest’s own responsibility.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while on board.
Weather & Itinerary Adjustments
All cruises are subject to weather and sea conditions. For safety reasons, the captain reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, swimming stops, departure times, duration, or departure area if necessary.
In the event of rough sea conditions along the Protaras coastline, the cruise may operate from Ayia Napa instead, where conditions are more suitable.
In the event of cancellation due to unsafe sea conditions or circumstances beyond our control, guests will be offered an alternative date, an alternative cruise, or a full refund.
