In the event of a cancellation, we will offer the best possible solution depending on the situation, which may include a rescheduled date, an alternative cruise, a change of itinerary, or a refund.

Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the cruise date by informing us in advance.
Please note that private charters have a different cancellation policy, which is clearly communicated during the booking process.
